It started with one piece of silver and a gold. Then a relative of mine asks me what to do with my old jewellery which most of them are in silver and gold plated. Some of them doesn’t match this presents style and so outdated. So what I did is I ask someone to remold them for me in a design I prefer. They made a ring out of my old gold thick necklace. Since this piece of gold was given by a former fling, when someone wants to buy this ring, I gave a price and to my surprise they bought it. I earn more than I have spent for it. Now some of my friends are asking if I have some more jewellery to sell them, that gave me a hint to enter this business.

I went from house to house to sell jewellery that I got from a friend so I get commission whenever I sold one. When I got enough savings, I bought my own gold bar and silver and molded my own pieces. From there, I got my loyal clients who liked my designs and I am selling them at a low price especially when they buy wholesale jewelry from me. Most wholesale jewelleries are the sterling silver jewelry since they are the cheapest and practical to use. You can wear silver in any attire, any occasion at any time of the day.

It took time for me to excel in this business but I promise you its worth it. Wise people buy blings because they know that this is a good investment for them. So start with buy and sell and save, then from your savings, you can start your own.

I am interested to open up a business inside the hendersonville homes and I am seeking to find out some information on what are the already existing establishments inside. Of course I have to find out what are the things that the place doesn’t have yet so I can establish my name as the best seller of that particular product and be able to play monopoly at the start. It should become as strong as an ox once it gets set since nobody can really get the items elsewhere but from me.

I run a maternity shop that specializes baby clothing and crib mattresses because I design those myself and have them individually produced by my carpenter friend slash business partner. I do not mass produce; maybe in the future. But for now, I like one of a kind, original, merchandise.

It’s still a small business. But it’s definitely growing. I have costumers coming more often and others are becoming more and more regularly (those pregnant ones usually, of course). Most people compliment me on how well I do my designs, that they look so unique and creative, that they have never seen something alike before in their life.

I thank them of course, and give them something free when they purchase items at my store. It is always a pleasure to receive something for free and the idea is good for business marketing.

Baby clothing is always something nice to do. It’s like making dresses or any other kinds of clothing and accessories for cute, little, dolls. Everyone else seems to enjoy my designs. I never intended to impress when I made my first baby clothing. All I wanted to do was make a dress for a relative who gave birth only recently that time. And when I did, she said it was absolutely beautiful and, since she was an alleged business woman, she told me that I should start my business on designing and she’d promised to help me get there. She did as promised, and that’s how I got here today.

I am about to open a new business and what I only need now are some few more employees to complete the whole team. I am also looking for some possibilities of making use of some employee payroll software so I could manage all employees easier since I have no plans of getting a big Human Resource team yet because of the economic crisis and since I will only have a total of forty employees, I guess just until such time that my team goes up to seventy, then I would consider hiring more people in the human resources.

I was advised by a former colleague that I should get an HR software especially since I only have a handful of people. It would help me save some money and prevent any miscalculations from the payroll and overspending because it will always give accurate results every time that we would use it. I guess it is not a bad idea to get one because it will definitely help avoid human error since there will be a machine, specifically created for such jobs. I guess what I need to do now is to contact the best HR software company around so I could get things started by the time of my company’s opening.

I was really wondering how ecommerce marketing works because it is the sole responsible for making my sister’s business work like a walk in the park. From the course of two months, I have seen her business grow like her flowers because it has bloomed from a very small business, to a nationwide service. Everyone that looks for flower delivery service will almost automatically find her personal web page and be able to get good sales since she gets a lot of visitors in just a matter of minutes. Now I’m wondering if I should also put up a business online and make sure to get her service provider, instead of just relying too much on my EBay account. That way, I could sell merchandize in a larger scale and could get more money from it.
